WOMEN'S TOURNAMENT

Tournament Rules

1. All entrants MUST be a current 2024-2025 member of the St. Joseph Valley USBC or SJVUSBC Hall of Fame Member with a current USBC sanction card. This tournament is open to only women.
    

2. This tournament is sanctioned by the United States Bowling Congress and all playing rules will be in effect.
    

3. Tournament format will consist of 3 games.
    

4. Early Entry is $25.00 per person. Once entry is processed, no refund will be issued. Walk-Ins (if spots are available) will be $30 and must be paid cash only.
    

5. All prize fund returned based on entries. Breakdown of fees are as follows: Expenses—$11, Prize Fund—$14
    

6. All fees must accompany entry form.
    

7. All participants must bowl when scheduled. Failure to do so may result in loss of entry fee.
    

8. All changes and substitutions must be made 30 minutes prior to scheduled squad time.
    

9. Entrants will use their highest SJVUSBC sanctioned average based on a minimum of 12 games in the 2023-2024 season.

   • A. If no SJVUSBC average from 23-24 season, entrant will use their highest certified USBC average.

   • An entrant without a 12 game average as of February 24, 2024 shall use their highest current league average. Verification must be shown.

   • If no average from last year or this year the bowler will bowl using an average of 220.
      

10. The tournament manager will have the last say on any and all disputes. All USBC protest procedures will apply.
     

11. Rule 319c average rerate does apply.
     

12. The prize fund will be determined by the number of entries. Prize money will be paid within 30 days at conclusion of tournament.
     

13. ** Violation of any of the above rules and/or any USBC rules will result in forfeiture of prize money and award. Any protest must be made in writing and given to a tournament official within 24 hours of completion of their squad.
